LEAY SWD is a department within Leay Limited, to manage small projects and to provide a maintenance service for projects completed by the main company.

The Small Works Department is managed by Robert Wheeler. The typical work of the SWD comprises annual planned maintenance, repairs and remedial work. Fixed price maintenance contracts are available for completed main contract works.
